This congress gives professionals a valuable opportunity to discuss the challenges and opportunities driving the banking and insurance sector to the future. I found the debate on digital transformation, innovation, regulations and changes of the environment very inspiring.

Such an event is important for exchanging views on the current situation in the financial market, but also on where we are going, what new ideas and innovations will be available in this market. A very valuable meeting that promotes strategic thinking, innovative thinking, thinking about the future.

I have been a participant in the Smart City Forum for many years. On the one hand, I can pass on the experience of my city of Bialystok in the area of smart city, and on the other hand, I can learn from my fellow local government officials and representatives of many companies especially technological, innovation-related companies about innovations that are still innovations today, but in 2-3 or 5 years will be a common phenomenon in our cities.

Our presence at the Modern Manufacturing Forum is no accident. For more than 20 years we have been building industrial facilities, including complex and technologically advanced manufacturing plants. For us, the Forum is a fantastic platform for exchanging knowledge on the latest solutions to support production processes, including those related to modern construction.

The Modern Production Forum is an interesting initiative in the market of conferences and symposia. In each edition in which we participated, we had the opportunity to exchange experiences with suppliers, recipients of the latest technologies for optimizing production. I think it is a place worth recommending. 

There is no other place like it (FinTech & InsurTech Digital Congress), where you can learn in a nutshell what has happened in fintech and insurtech recently, so what to focus your attention on in the future.

Firstly, it’s great to be here tonight at the FinTech & InsurTech Awards here in Poland. I think awards like these are very important and let me tell you why. FinTech and InsurTech are hard. It requires capital, it requires a cross-disciplinary team, it requires you to navigate regulation. Then you have to go and acquire a partner to gain a customer base, and on top of all of that, you have to try and win, and be different, and have fantastic customer experience. It’s when people do that, in our community of FinTech & InsurTech, it’s critical we recognise success, and for me, I’m thrilled to be here tonight, to not only look at the winners from Poland, but also those that might dominate across Europe.
